I held onto two pairs if Oakley thumps for over two years hoping that I would find someone to repair them. One day I was just browsing the web and came across your website. Even then I was sceptical that it was possible to repair but I bit the bullitt and sent them iver hoping i would get one good pair. Today I received a parcel and there in side was ine pair of cleaned working thumps, all repaired , new battery , new speakers etc and the sound is just amazing. Graham I am so so pleased I came across your site, thank you so much . All the best cheers Mike

After almost binning the pair of Mark 1 Thumps bought for me as a gift... even after having really expensive 1 off prescription lenses made for them.... I luckily found Grif & his repairs operation. If only our governments would work this way... Helpful, proficient, expert & actually nice to deal with! If you're reading this ... he's as good as it gets! Thanks Grif!

Graham is extraordinary with his knowledge of Thumps, his attention to detail, his communication with the customer, his quality of service and his speed in returning the Oakley's. He replaced my speakers, tested and replaced my battery, and returned them to me all within 4 days door-to-door. My Thumps are like new. Amazing! I learned a lot in the process. He also had the patience to work through a bug in PayPal's system. In this day and age it's very difficult to find such great customer service, many profess it but few actually deliver like Graham. I can't say enough! Oakley should hire him! THANK YOU Graham, you saved by Thumps and you're a pleasure to deal with.

Graham (Grif) did a fantastic job fixing my Thump Pros. Fast, reliable, honest service. Oakley never helped me when I contacted them even though I was promised a tech call back. Graham came through immediately! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a Thump repaired!

I recently got my Thump 2's back from repair with Graham. First of all I was a little hesitant on sending him my glasses because I really didn't know what to expect as I thought he was just someone running a scam. I was in for a great surprise as Graham had contact with me at all times my glasses were over at his shop. He quoted me a price doing the repair I was requested plus he recommended some extra work as the glasses would be taken apart anyways. He changed both speakers (they sound better than new), new battery and weather proofed my glasses for minor sweat or moisture. I need to always remember that these glasses are not made to get wet. I truly am so happy I found Graham as my professional technician. He earned my business and I will give his information to anyone who askes me where did i get my glasses fixed at. Great job Graham!!!

My Thumps worked great when they were new. After a few years they died and went back in the box and sat on a closet shelf. I was not happy but they were out of warranty and thought I was stuck. Then when cleaning out the closed I came across the box and decided to do an internet search for repair possibilities. One email later and they were shipped out for Grif to fix. Less than a week later they were fixed. Less than a week after that they were back in my hands on on my head working again. Grif, you are a master repairman and fast to boot. I can not thank you enough for giving me sunglasses 'n sound again. I recommend you to anyone and everyone. You are simply the BEST. Period. Thanks again:-)

Its been a while since Graham repaired 3 pairs of my Thumps over two years. No problems to date, Very satisfied and, as far as a long term test, what he does stands the test of time. My original 512 flip-up Thumps had gone into a bad place after many years of use while road biking. One lens mount cracked; the battery no longer held the charge longer than an hour; left side had no sound whatsoever. I called Oakley & the factory rep referred me to "a guy in Florida who is doing great work on Thumps, because we at Oakley no longer support the product." Called "the guy in Florida." Graham called me back promptly. Answered my questions. I UPS'd him my Thumps. Several days later Graham called me with his analysis of the situation, what he could do for my Thumps & an estimated price. I approved the work. Two days later(!) the Thumps show up here in Arlington, Virginia: I basically have fresh, brand-new looking Thumps! And for LESS than what Graham estimated the tab would be. They perform perfectly now. So very pleased! It seems that high quality craftsmanship, sparkling client service & ingenuity is not at all dead. If you want superb communication, superb workmanship, rapid response time & a fair price, this is the guy to go to. Many thanks, Graham. Many thanks.

I have to say, when my husband told me over a year ago that he was sending his expensive Thump Pros sunglasses to “some guy in Florida” to fix them, I was more than apprehensive. However, to my surprise, Graham fixed the sunglasses, and was more than helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and fair. So much so, that when my husbands Thump Pros finally were beyond repair...I went straight to Graham to replace them. Don't hesitate, get those glasses fixed by "some guy in Florida"!!

Graham did a fantastic job on my Oakley Thumps !! I had sent them to Oakley when they still supported them a couple years ago, after a couple years of use, the left speaker went out again. I sent them to Graham, he replaced both speakers, wires and tested the battery. Graham's eye for detail, he noticed that Oakley had put a right side center section on the left arm and left out a spring on both arms. Graham swapped out the wrong part that Oakley had installed with the correct part and installed the missing springs as well. I was amazed at how fast Graham was able to repair my Thumps and get them back to me ….. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My Thumps are Rocking Again and Sound AWESOME !! Graham is very professional and yet has a great sense of humor ..... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Graham !!

Purchased a second battery, as well as one of the Motorola chargers for my 2nd pair of original Oakley Thumps. And like the first time, my order shipped immediately and thus arrived very fast and was installed and charged the same day. And like the first one, it works just fine, as it did when I bought it/them new. And when I need another battery/ies, though I hope not for a long while, :) , Oakley Repair is where I'll go. Many thanks a 2nd time for all your help Graham. You're a patient man helping me as you did the first time with any and all the questions and concerns I had. Just like my Oakley Thumps, YOU ROCK!!!

I sent Graham 3 pairs of Oakley Thumps Pro's with various issues from broken earphones to dead batteries to charging issues. I was hoping to get at least one up and running again from the parts of the other two. To my complete amazement Graham fixed ALL three within a day of recieving them and had them back to me less than a week after I had sent them. The sound quality is better than they were out of the box 5 years ago!!! Im back running with my tunes now better than ever before. If you have any series of broken Oakley Thumps or Orokrs have faith in sending them to Graham. Thanks again for all the hard work and great service Graham!!!! Thank you, Graham!!! My story: My Oakley Thump's right speaker was working only 1/2 the time. I'd discharge the battery, charge them back up and it was a 50/50 chance of the right speaker coming on. When it didn't come on, I'd go running with the iPod with wires all over me and the thing shutting off when it got too much sweat on it. A hassle. The volume control on my Thumps didn't work either. Found this site on Google and shipped the glasses to Graham. Graham cleaned up the connections, replaced the speakers and battery, sprayed some magic dust on them and voila...everything works again!!! And yes Graham, I will never fold the legs of the glasses again so as to not abuse whatever you call that wire that runs from one leg to the other. The glasses stay in the same position as when I wear them and everybody in my house stays away from my glasses or there's gonna be trouble!!!! lololololol Thanks again, Graham!!!

Thought my Orokrs were history till I found Graham's site. He pretty much completely rebuilt them. He told me the sound in my speakers sucked. I had no idea, so I told to replace them. Wow was he right, they sound awesome now. His service was super fast. I sent them from CA on Wed., I had them back on Mon. Can't thank you enough for the excellent service.

Unbelievable customer service! Graham is awesome, he received my original Thumps with dead battery and old scratched lenses on Monday. He installed a new battery and new black lenses the same day and I had them back in my hands on Thursday! He is in Florida and I am in California. My Thumps look brand new. Nice to know there is someone out there that you can trust and who is a master at fixing these great glasses. The battery I received with the repair is even better than the original, longer lasting. Absolutely fantastic!! Graham went above and beyond to fix my O Rokr's. He reached out to another customer of his to find the part he needed in order to fix mine. He did NOT mark up the part and was always in constant communication with me. Excellent service, excellent prices. He defines customer service at its finest!!! So many thanks!!!

I looked hi & low for replacements earbuds for my Split Thumps without luck until my wife found Graham. I sent them in and he didn't just replace the buds he cleaned out the contacts inside and worked on them until until they were fully functional again. Had them back in less than a week and think they sound better than ever! EXCELLENT service! Above and beyond.

I sent three pairs of Oakley O Rokr Pro. The white pair looked brown went I sent it to him. They came back white as new. The repairs done perfectly. Second time I have used Graham and highly recommend. Extremely fast turn around.

There are enough comments written in english that state how great Graham's repair work is performed so it might help if I write in my native language. Wer auch immer auf der Suche nach einem Spezi für die Reparatur von Oakley Thumps ist. Graham ist der Mann der Stunde. Ich war so unglücklich als mir Oakley mitteilte, dass die Thumps weder länger hergestellt geschweige denn repariert werdn. doch jetzt habe ich meine Rettung gefunden. I emailed Graham about my 1st gen thumps and with in 10 min he called me back.He was very informative and already new what the problem was by talking to me in two min. Just so happened he was going to be in my part of town this same day so we made plans to meet and take a look at the thumps.He took them apart and it was exactly what he thought it was.He replaced the part tested it and told me to charge them all the way .Got home charged them and they work great ,not only that but the new battery was actually an upgrade from the stock battery so they are better then when brand new.I highly recommend Graham if you have any of the thumps new or old he is fast detailed and knows what he is doing .I will be buying another pair of thumps newer ones but I will be buying them from Graham he has both new and used but has a warranty also Even the oem cant get you so much as a battery for theses units but Graham can.Im glad i found him and you will be to if you ever need him.Thanks again Graham job well done.

Graham what a top gentleman, Brought a pair of white camo Black iridium thump from a friend would not work but had very little use put me on the straight and narrow and got them working for me just from a phonecall with no money passing hands wot a top man give him a call if your thump don't work he will help you out to the best of his ability Thanks Graham

Graham did a great job with my Thump Pros, they are working like they are brand new! Actually, the battery life is better than when I first got them. He put in a better battery and fixed some corrosion due to sweat and then sealed it to prevent that from happening again. Glad I found him on the web. Great job and immediate communication. Thanks!

eI live in Hawaii and I sent Mr. Ford 2 rokrs for repair.. he did an awesome job repairing these. Got it back in less than a week. Tho I paid for insurance and the shipping still "a very fast turn around in the repairs" i'm very happy to find you Graham, to even think of my rokrs to be useless, but not anymore! My rokrs are used with perscription lenses so you can just imagine the price of these when they were made. Thank you again..Aloha!

It took me a few months to find out somebody that had the O'Rokr Pro LI-Ion rechargeable battery. I bought it from Graham but the "tech" guy that installed it damaged 2 tracks. I know and I'm so sure that it wouldn't happened if Graham installed it. I going to explain it this way: "This guy, Graham Ford is the only known to me that can help us after what Oakley did to us... NO Service, NO parts so don't wait and send him yours... Will Come Alive again !!! Thanks, Graham"
